  1. Service Level Agreement (SLA) - A SLA defines the level of service expected by a customer from a supplier, laying out the metrics by which that service is measured, and the remedies or penalties, if any, should the agreed-on service levels not be achieved.

  2. Framing - Framing is when you have a link that changes only part of the browser display.

  3. Source Code - Source Code is Human readable computer language.

  4. Request for Proposal (RFP) - An RFP is essentially a request for potential vendors to make offers to provide a service or product that matches your basic specifications and budget.

  5. Denial of Service (DoS) attack -  a denial-of-service attack is a cyber-attack in which the perpetrator seeks to make a machine or network resource unavailable to its intended users by temporarily or indefinitely disrupting services of a host connected to the Internet.
